I approached my mom the other day to talk about getting a new phone since my 2 year contract with my current shitty phone was up. She proceeded to say that my phone is still good, and I always have the tendency to want something new after a couple of years. I pointed out my 2 years were up, and I was due for an AT&T upgrade in the family plan and that there are phones out there that are pretty inexpensive with upgrades.
She proceeded to say:
"honey, do you think I would let you suffer with a phone that doesn't work if I knew there are phones that are practically free from AT&T? Please, I'm not paying $200 for a phone".
then I went online to the AT&T store and found this:
